Darla’s & my weird synchronicities today upon visiting Scott’s town:
1. I’m the weirdo who not only remembers all of my dreams, I remember all of my past dreams. On our way up the mountain to Scott’s hometown, we drove past this mountain range with a deep valley below, and I recognized that this was a mountain range I have had multiple dreams about, so that was an eerie deja vu.
2. On our drive, about 10 minutes away from Scott’s town, we were driving in the side of the mountain recalling how he got stranded that time in the snow and how it changed his trajectory & caused his move to Cali. Out of nowhere, the misty rain turned to snow for a couple of minutes. It hasn’t snowed here since around March 20th.
3. We were talking about his trip to Santorini and we walked into the Italian specialty grocer next door to his parents’ former storefront stationery business, and Darla points out to me this disc-shaped container in the deli with these bold black letters: SANTORINI.
