Is it over yet?
Just a few more days.
This past year has been epic.
Mostly because not only have so many people that I know died but so many who were REALLY in my heart at my core. Epic loss.
I think one thing that makes me sad about saying goodbye to 2022 is it will be the last year that I shared, alive with my father, Big Vic.

Turning the page will be cathartic and a chance to create fresh new memories and put into play some important 'systems'.

For the first time in maybe 12 years, I plan to have a conversation with my mother. I'm not really opening the door to a relationship but I will crack it a little and stick my face through just to let her know I love her and wish her well. (that's all I will say about that for now).
I'm also going to put some systems into place to allow me to live a little more authentically. I'm going to encourage myself to do a few things I've been putting off for the sake of other people. Should be exciting!!!

My mild expectation (because I don't like to have expectations) for 2023 is that putting some things behind me will allow me to focus on a clearer, happier, more fulfilling year ahead.
As a lot of you know, I don't have trouble speaking my mind and if you can imagine... I'll be doing A LOT more of that in 2023!!
I will also continue to keep the people in my life that are deserving of being there. Never keep around dead weight.

I look forward to our mornings on #CWSA and simultaneous sipping with a lot of you. You guys are so much fun. What a cast of characters. From the appropriate to the totally out-of-control, we all bring something to the conversation. It's fantastic!

Who knows, I might have SA convinced for another piece of 'merch' too. Shhhh...
